Oh Jamie... this one struck 'home' for me! I'm quite the procrastinator. And, yes, I think it might be genetics. My dad is quite the procrastinator too. I've tried to work on it most of my adult life, without a lot of success. I guess that's why I don't like doing art challenges or swaps! 😜 TFS 💕

Not sure how to word this but… I was told by my intelligent son to stare at a blank wall for 30 minutes ~ it’s some kind of brain trick. I lasted 17 minutes and I actually think it helped! lol he got the info from healthygamergg (Dr K) and this guy (and some others) seems to be helping me with some of my quirks. It’s been a couple weeks so I’m due to try again and get more stuff done ~ 30 minutes here I come lol. Hope I get good results again. I love these “you need to hear this” cause I do! 😊 thank you

Oh girl, if you only knew!!! 😐 I have yet to figure out all of my “why’s???” of that curse! 😑 Part of it is this ridiculous body shutting me down when I least expect it. ☹️ And then snowballs so that when my body shuts down, I forget what I even bought “this” or “that” for. 🤔 So there, what would have been a project, gets labeled and put into the topical bins. 🤷🏼‍♀️ So the procrastination cycle ends with that, I guess. 🤨🙃😂🤣

Interesting to think procrastination could be good in some cases😊

I think my issue is analysis paralysis 😀

That's totally me. I tend to stick with what I know I can do and hesitate to do something that I have never done before.
